Moonlit Manor Refund Policy

At Moonlit Manor, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our high-end Halloween costumes and decorations. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns

Items purchased from Moonlit Manor can be returned within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:

    • Undergarments

    • Eyelashes, Wigs, Beards, and Facial Hair

    • Prosthetics, Fangs, and Fake Teeth

    • Cosmetics

    • Latex Masks

    • Food and Candy Items

    • Personalized Items

    • Electrical Items

    • Animatronics

    Note: Costumes, Socks, Stockings, Shoes, and Boots are returnable only if they remain in unopened and unblemished original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):

    • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

    • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team at support@moonlitmanor.shop.

4. Shipping

Moonlit Manor will handle all shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be deducted from your refund. We will provide the return label after you contact us for the return.

5. How to Return

To return your product, please contact our customer service team for a return authorization and shipping instructions.
